
It's back to Bountiful Baskets this week and we are really excited to be participating in this co-op again. So before I get to our meal plan, let me go over the basket. This week we just ordered the conventional basket with no add-ons.
Here's my meal plan for the next two weeks. Note that I just listed our dinner plan. We'll be using the remainder of the produce for breakfast, lunches, and snacks.We usually have lots of leftovers to pack for lunches as well.
WEEK ONE
Sunday: Cream of Pumpkin Soup | French Bread
Monday: Fried Egg Sandwiches | Avocado, Tomato, Orange Salad w/Vinaigrette
Tuesday: Nutella Crepes with Strawberries, Cream, & Bananas
Wednesday: Pizza
Thursday: Parmesean Pasta | Garlic Bread
Friday: Date Night
Saturday: Leftovers
WEEK TWO
Sunday: Baked Potatoes | Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon & Craisins
Monday: Sweet Pepper Fettuccine
Tuesday: Stir Fry
Wednesday: Chicken Fajitas
Thursday: Pear & Muenster Grilled Cheese
Friday: Chicken Noodle Soup
Saturday: Leftovers
Making some chicken salad to use up the rest of the celery too.
I love these baskets! I need to go to the Farmer's Market. I still have not gone to the one here in Cheyenne.
ReplyDeleteWe love it! You might check if they do Bountiful Baskets in your area. My sister lives in Rock Springs and they have it there. I love that it's only $15 ($10 more if you want organic) and that we get all that produce. It really helps us to eat better every week. I miss Farmer's Market season- that's my favorite time of year!
